1. Document Formatting Constraints
All documents uploaded to our verification dashboard must conform to the following standards:
- Supported Formats: PDF, JPG, JPEG, and PNG.
- Resolution: Text must be sharp, clear, and fully legible. Blurry images or cropped scans will be automatically rejected.
- File Size: Maximum of 5MB per file upload.
- Validity: Documents must be active and valid. Expired IDs or proof will not be accepted.
2. Entity-Specific Document Checklists
A. Sole Proprietorships
- Proprietor's Personal PAN Card.
- GST Registration Certificate (Form REG-06) OR MSME/Udyam Registration Certificate.
- Active Principal Entity (PE) ID registration screenshot from an authorized DLT portal.
- Business Address Proof (recent utility bill, bank statement, or rent agreement).
B. Partnership Firms & LLPs
- Partnership PAN Card (Entity PAN).
- Partnership Deed or LLP Certificate of Incorporation.
- Aadhaar/PAN card of the authorized partner managing the BlackSMS account.
- GST Registration Certificate or active LLP establishment proof.
- DLT Principal Entity (PE) registration dashboard screenshot.
C. Private Limited & Public Limited Companies
- Company PAN Card.
- Certificate of Incorporation (issued by Ministry of Corporate Affairs).
- Memorandum & Articles of Association (MOA & AOA).
- GST Registration Certificate (Form REG-06).
- Board Resolution or Authority Letter authorizing the account manager to handle cloud communications.
- DLT Principal Entity (PE) registration approval document showing the Company Name and PE ID.
3. Step-by-Step Submission Instructions
To submit your KYC checklist, follow these steps:
- Log in to your BlackSMS portal at https://blacksms.in/login.php.
- Navigate to the Account Settings section and click on the KYC Verification tab.
- Select your business legal structure (Proprietorship, Partnership, Company, Developer/Individual).
- Input your business credentials: PAN number, GSTIN number, and DLT Principal Entity (PE) ID.
- Upload the corresponding digital documents in the designated fields.
- Click Submit for Verification.
